Terms of Service

I retain all rights to the work.

I don't have to stick to a specific deadline unless stated otheriwse in a contract.

I reserve the right to put a watermark on every commission which must not be removed.

I reserve the right to publish the finished commission for my own advertising on social media websites

I reserve the right to change any information on my websites without any further notice (already paid commissions will be not affected).

I shall retain the right to decline a commission request and/or edits of the final artwork without any further explanation.

I am not responsible for any changes or details of a design not mentioned during commission process or not shown on the characters reference.

I only work with a proper visual references. Means you have to provide me with a clear reference sheet or images where I can see remarkable features of the character(s) in question.

Major changes of the artwork after completion will be charged extra depending on time and effort of these changes.

Refunds will not be made after the work is complete and delivered.

Partial refunds can be discussed until a final sketch is done and delivered.

You agree to not resell the delivered work in any way by requesting art from me.

However bought adoptable designs can be resold under the conditions: 1) not increasing the first paid price 2) in case of a "closed species" design - stick to the given species Terms of Service.

You may use the payed artwork for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, gifts, personal site display, signatures, watermarks, etc.

When uploading purchased artwork credits have to be given back to the artist main websites.

You agree to use printed versions of the requested artwork for personal decorations only.

Any commercial use of the artwork is strictly forbidden unless stated otherwise in a contract.

You may terminate the requested commission by giving written notice to me before the final sketch is done and delivered. In that case a partial refund can be discussed.

You agree to not alter the finished artwork in any way if not discussed with me beforehand.

It is strictly forbidden to remove the my watermark.

The payment is through PayPal.

Bank transfer within Europ can be discussed in some cases.

The payment has to be made upfront unless stated otherwise in a contract.

You’ll pay via the invoice I send you.

I don’t take partial payments and will only queue your commission once it’s fully paid, unless stated otherwise in a contract.

You tell me what you want me to draw and provide references as mentioned above.

You pay me according to the price I set.

You'll receive a first rough sketch to decide the pose and scene - we discuss changes and set the final pose. This setup will not be changed during the process!

You'll receive a final sketch.

After that I will do 3 small changes for free.

Any other changes of the artwork, especially after you already agreed with edits, will be charged extra.

I will send you several WIPs during the process but you can request more any time.

Depending on the commission type you’ll receive a big .png file (for personal use), a small .jpg file (for uploading) and a transparent .png file of the finished picture.

Images come in 300dpi resolution.
